Shipment schedules apply to ready-to-ship orders only. Preorder items will be shipped once production and processing are complete.

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES once the order form has been submitted.

If you wish to cancel your order, any downpayment made is non-refundable, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Please ensure that all information provided in the order form is accurate and complete.

Please settle your payment on or before the specified deadline.

Late payments will incur a penalty fee of ₱20 per day until the outstanding balance is fully paid.

Please be responsible for monitoring your payment deadlines to avoid additional charges.

Production will begin only after the preorder period has ended, unless otherwise stated.

Our supplier requires a minimum of 18 days for bulk-order production. This is an estimated production period and may vary depending on order volume and supplier capacity.

Kindly allow additional time for processing, packing, and shipment after production is completed.

Please be patient with your orders, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Items may be stored for 7 days (1 week) only. Items left unclaimed beyond this period without prior notice will be put up for resale.
